QSR Uniform Case Study

Objective: Crest already serviced a number of the large QSR’s (Quick Service Restaurants) like McDonalds, Wendys, and Taco Bell, who all had their own magazines. We needed to target smaller QSR’s who were not in a standardized uniform program. Most of the ads in these magazines looked the same. We needed ours to stand out to get the attention of the restaurant owners.

Obstacle: Crest Uniform needed an ad for QSR Magazine to drive new business. Historically, Crests's ads in this magazine, which were generic and capabilities-oriented, generated little or no response.
Solution: The contrast of the QSR employee to the images of employees dressed respectably in professional uniforms was attention-getting.
Result: The call center was unprepared to handle the amount inquiries that came pouring in after we ran this ad.
